Job Description

We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Canvassers. As a canvasser for our remodeling company, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, providing information about our remodeling services, and setting up appointments for initial consultations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is persuasive, and thrives in a commission-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate leads for remodeling services.
  2. Knock on doors and engage homeowners in conversations about their remodeling needs.
  3. Provide information about our company’s remodeling solutions, warranties, and promotions.
  4. Collect contact information from interested homeowners and schedule appointments for remodeling consultations.
  5. Report daily activities and generate leads to the sales team.
  6. Represent the company professionally and with a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
  3. Motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
  4. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  5. Sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
  6. Must be able to walk long distances and stand for extended periods.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent.
