They offer dependable protection against the elements, with a variety of styles and colors to suit any home design. Additionally, their versatility allows them to perform well in diverse climates, providing effective insulation and resistance to wind and impact. Tile

Tile roofing is a premium choice that combines durability with timeless elegance. Its exceptional longevity and resistance to fire, insects, and extreme weather make it a highly reliable option. Available in various styles and colors, tile roofing enhances curb appeal while offering superior insulation and energy efficiency. Investing in tile roofing not only boosts your home's aesthetic but also provides long-term value and protection.

Metal

Metal roofing is an excellent choice for its unmatched durability, energy efficiency, and low maintenance. With the ability to withstand harsh weather conditions, metal roofs offer long-term protection and can last 50 years or more. Available in a variety of styles and colors, they provide both modern and traditional aesthetics, making them a smart investment for homeowners seeking longevity and energy savings.

TEAR OFF

We begin by laying down tarps to protect the property, then carefully remove all existing roofing materials down to the decking, disposing of everything in a haul-away trailer.

LEAK BARRIER

The first step in installing the new roof is laying the Ice & Water barrier along the eaves, and on any hips and valleys. We also apply specialized roof deck tape to seal all seams between the decking for added protection.

DRIP EDGE

To protect the roof's perimeter and guide water away, we install an L-shaped metal piece known as "Drip Edge" along both the eaves and rakes of the home.

ROOF MATERIAL

Now we begin to install the main roofing material. This is the centerpiece of your roof, essential for keeping your home dry and protected. Our installation process is fit to the selected material, ensuring that every part of your new roof is expertly installed for lasting safety and durability.

RIDGE CAPS

To finalize the installation, we install hip and ridge caps that expertly cover both the new ventilation components and the hipped areas of the roof. These caps not only enhance the roof's protection but also provide a polished, finished appearance.

PLYWOOD INSPECTION

After removing the old materials, our team inspects the decking. We ensure it meets building codes and is ready for the new roof, replacing any weak or rotted wood to create a strong, stable foundation.

UNDERLAYMENT

We install synthetic roof underlayment over the rest of the roof, creating a durable moisture barrier that protects the roof's sheathing. This added layer helps prevent leaks and extends the lifespan of your roofing system.

STARTER STRIP

To provide extra protection against shingle blow-off, we secure specialized starter shingle strips along the eaves. These strips are installed after the underlayment is complete and before the first course of shingles.

VENTILATION

With the main section of the roof installed, we now focus on ventilation and accessories. By installing a ventilated ridge vent and replacing any old vents and pipe jacks, we ensure your roof is both sealed and properly ventilated

CLEAN UP

Our project isn’t finished until the site is clean and we’ve conducted a walk-through with you. After replacing your roof, we pick up any leftover debris and use magnetic sweepers to collect any loose metals and nails. We want you to be able to enjoy your new roof without the hassle of any clean up.
